Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we are unable to return or exchange items to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. All packages are safe and sanitized before shipping.

Orders can take 2-5 days business days for processing before being shipped.

In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please email us with your order number and images of the item(s) : sales@hopeugetit.com
